Ryan Duncan is an M&A Analyst at Genaesis, responsible for deal flow generation, financial analysis, and capital markets support.

Ryan comes from a family of Federal GovCon entrepreneurs and was formerly an M&A Support Intern at Genaesis. He has supplemented his Genaesis work with prior experience at the National Bank of Canada, where he worked as an extern for the Co-Head of Global Funding and Treasury at National Bank of Canada as well as an internship at AdvisorShares, a firm running actively managed ETFs.

Ryan was the first student to complete the two year MBA program at Lenoir-Rhyne University in just 12 months. Prior to this, he graduated summa cum laude from Lafayette College, where he played Division 1 lacrosse and helped grow the Investment Club's assets to over $1 million.

Ryan is active in his charity work, supporting causes like "Laxin' for Lupus," Relay for Life, and Movember.
