Genaesis Announces Merger of Two Veteran-Owned Tech Firms

Today, growth strategy and advisory firm Genaesis, LLC, announced the merger of Culpeper, VA-based Associated Veterans and Maui, Hawaii-based Curis IT.

Both businesses are Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) founded by former Marines, with a focus on providing IT and Program Management services to the Federal Government.
