Celebrating Two Follow-On Acquisitions for Kent Nygren’s Portfolio!

Genaesis has helped several former clients acquire additional companies or exit their acquisitions after a transaction.

In the last few weeks, we have been able to close two follow-on acquisitions for an outstanding buyer, former US Navy SEAL and MIT Sloan School of Management MBA alum, Kent Nygren. In June 2023 we helped him acquire SRM Group, LLC. Less than a year and half later, we helped him acquire two more complimentary businesses, closing within a week of each other in December and January.

I'm very proud of the work everyone puts into these deals and glad we could help him accelerate his rapid expansion.
