full-service in-house creative agency of Genaesis, LLC.

Mrs. Cassella has built a global reputation for delivering transformative design solutions to a diverse range of clients. With over 80% of her engagements working with mission-focused non-profits and disadvantaged small businesses, her design work is renowned for its broad reach, spanning from helping the oceans, innovation, and entrepreneurism to supporting returning military veterans and displaced refugees.

With an award-winning career in marketing and design, Mrs. Cassella previously served as Art Director at Edelman, the world's largest PR firm. During her tenure, she directed and supported high-profile marketing campaigns for some of the world's most well-known companies, including GE, Bosch, Samsung, Waste Management, and PhRMA.

Mrs. Cassella is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded Kelly Anne Design, which was acquired by Genaesis in 2016. She remains a proud alumnus of Edinboro University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Media Arts and Graphic Design, and continues to give back to her alma mater, serving as an Adjunct Professor of Design, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of creatives.
