Operations and Production Manager Kahlil Dover, Graduated Cum Laude from the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business while on a four-year division one athletic scholarship for soccer. There, he served as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) while competing on the men's soccer team.

After graduation, Kahlil joined Transwestern's real estate team as an Assistant Manager, where he managed the daily operations of a commercial property portfolio exceeding 1,000,000 square feet across the Mid-Atlantic region. He also served as a Board Director for Reston Runners, leading their 2024 12-week Half-Marathon Training Program.

Kahlil is responsible for all aspects of Genaesis buy-side and sell-side operations for clients nationwide, including deal flow project management and LOI-to-Close coordination.
